Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Functional SME (Subject Matter Expert) with deep expertise in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations , supply chain execution , and WMS configurations . You will serve as the functional liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of the MAWM platform. Key Responsibilities: Act as the functional expert for all matters related to Manhattan Active WMS , including system configuration, process design, and enhancement. Partner with business teams to gather and translate warehouse operations requirements into MAWM configurations and functional specifications. Lead or support MAWM implementation and upgrade projects , ensuring business continuity and system optimization. Design and document end-to-end warehouse processes (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, labor management, etc.). Work closely with Manhattan Associates and implementation partners to ensure best practices are followed during deployment. Provide functional guidance and training to warehouse super users and operations teams. Support system testing (SIT, UAT) , issue resolution, and user training activities. Collaborate with integration teams on WMS connectivity with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, TMS, OMS). Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions. Stay up to date with Manhattan Active WMS updates, new features, and industry trends. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Manhattan WMS , with at least 2+ years in Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) . Proven experience in functional configuration and business process mapping in warehouse environments. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics workflows . Hands-on experience in requirements gathering , functional documentation , and user training . Experience working with cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and third-party vendors. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and operational issues within the WMS environment. Job Description About the Role: We are looking for a Support Engineer (L1/L2) with strong skills in SQL and AWS to provide technical support for applications and systems. This role will work during US business hours up to 2:00 PM EST and will be responsible for handling incidents, resolving user issues, and escalating as needed. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for production systems and applications. Monitor system alerts, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for both in-store and online order processes. A strong understanding of retail transaction flows, payment processing (EMV, NFC), and associated peripherals. Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM).
